OUR LOCATION


While most of our manufacturers and suppliers are located in the United States, we also access overseas markets for all your targeted promotional items needs. We serve a worldwide client base from our locations in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and our new office in Miramar, Florida.

PRIVACY POLICY


Information provided to this website is primarily used in the normal conduct of our business activities, such as placing orders for, and communicating with, our clients. All information, including email addresses, shipping addresses and any other information required for our business transactions are kept private. We do not sell, rent, barter or exchange our client lists with any non-related entity.

SHIPPING


We estimate shipping times and charges during order placement. Some orders may require special handling, including rush handling, at the client's request. These orders may incur additional charges for special handling by the supplier and priority shipping rates. We urge our clients to allow us enough lead time to avoid, whenever possible, such charges.

RETURN POLICY


TMG will replace, refund, or adjust the price under mutual agreement, any order that does not conform to the specifications on the original purchase order. Exceptions to this policy are delays in manufacturing or shipping that are beyond our control. Damage during shipping is the responsibility of the shipper and we urge our clients to carefully inspect the products at delivery. Documents relating to the shipment should be retained in the event concealed damage is discovered after the delivery service has left. Claims should be made directly with the shipper.
